Description: This project consists in the renovation of 118 social dwellings (Fig.2) (around 10 000m²), whose client is a Social Landlord “SIA Habitat”. A part of these individual dwellings (noted K) has to reach a BBC-renovation label. The social landlord can benefit from FEDER grants for the renovation of their housing stock only if the result to a blower test (Q4PaSurf, French airtightness indicator of the RT2012 thermal regulation) is lower than 1,7m³/m²/h.
