Description: The project consists in the construction of 19 dwellings, for LMH – Lille Metropole Habitat. It includes 7 individual dwellings and 12 collective dwellings. The airtightness objective is 0,5 m3/m²/h, which is significantly lower than the RT 2012 (0,6 m3/m²/h).
