Description: The project consists in the construction of a new municipal building that includes a primary school building, a kindergarten and a canteen for the School Louis Buisson, for the Grenay municipality. The building consists in a wooden structure filled in with straw bales, and covered on each side with an earthen render. This kind of structure entails numerous airtightness problems which explains the implementation of a FIT training programme.
