Description
This project consists in 40 individual new houses in Dijon, around 4000m². The initiative to participate in the BIMplement project came from wooden carpentry building companies. One of these companies designed a 3D trade model for pre-fabrication with Digital Controlled machine. This model has served as a base for the BIMplement training sessions.
One of the objectives to be reached is a high performance in terms of airtightness, because the client wished to obtain an award “NF HQE Habitat 1point, 2 étoiles”.
